How can I add a new users to the chat support?

Invite New Agents or Manage Agents. Just Follow These Steps:
- Click on the Admin Configuration in the bottom left sidebar menu of the dashboard.
- Select Property Members in the left column.
- Click on Invite Member on the top right.
- Enter the email of the member you wish to invite and select the role of either admin or agent.
- Send invitation.
