How can I communicate with candidates using Tawk?

When someone visits the ProctorExam page and initiates a chat using the live chat widget you will hear a notification sound. On the left side of the dashboard, you will see that visitor and the background color will be pink. That indicates you have an incoming chat that needs to be answered. Answer the incoming chat by clicking on the visitor (with a PINK background) to open the chat window.

We recommend a ratio of 1 technical support person per 50 candidates. We further recommend having maximum batches of 300 candidates starting at once as most inquiries are asked in the first 15 minutes of the process.
