Creating an exam report with the new system

The new reporting engine has been conceived to overcome the limitations of the previous engine. Therefore doesn’t have the exact same functionalities.
In this guide, we will see how to access and utilize this engine.

Accessing the new reporting

This new engine is accessible via the main screen, when hovering over the cogwheel.
Super users and administrators can access it.

Selecting the right type of report

The first option you have is to select all the exams of a certain time frame or one specific exam:

For an “all exams” type of report

Select the period for which you want all exam reports and click generate:

For an “all exams” type of report

You will need to fill in the period in which this exam took place:
And then, you will need to select the exam of choice:
Then click “Generate”

Downloading the report

In the subsequent list, you can download the report in the desired format, CSV or PDF:
All the “all exams” reports are “Examsquery”; all the single exams are “IndividualExamsQuery”. You can identify the correct report by date.

Deleting the report

In every row, you will find a “Delete” button at the end of the row. You delete the corresponding report.
Keep in mind that the exam reports generated are deleted weekly: the goal is to prevent having a platform overload so that you can download reports at all time!
