During a live proctored exam, I could see the student but there is no video in the back office, how is that possible?

The live proctoring connection is established after the screen is shared, but recordings are saved only if the test-takers click the "Start exam". Otherwise, this is considered an exam not attended and the exam is not recorded. You can check this in the back office.
